Insurance
Employees may select from 2 plans: Option 1 Medical Base or Option 2 Medical buy-up plan. AMP Carrier's current policy is to pay 100% of the employee's health insurance base plan and workers compensation. Employees will pay for buy-up options and any additions- spouse, children, family.

New employees are covered on the first of the month following 90 calendar days of employment.
Vacation
Based on years of employment, full time employees earn paid vacation time at the following rates:
1 year- 40 hours
2+ years- 80 hours
Per Diem Program
A per day travel expense allowance paid to an employee as an expense reimbursement under an accountable per diem plan. Administration fees are paid by the company.
Mileage
AMP Carriers starts their drivers at $0.54 per mile and after a 3 month probation, it increases to $0.56 per mile.
